The Walk for the Babies is a 5K walk-a-thon for the care of drug-exposed infants at Pediatric Interim Care Center. The 2019 walk will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Kent Station Shopping Center.

The walk-a-thon raises critically needed funds for the care of newborns withdrawing from prenatal drug exposures at Pediatric Interim Care Center in Kent.  PICC is the only facility in Washington State providing 24-hour interim nursing care for drug-affected and medically fragile infants. Last year's Walk for the Babies raised more than $27,000.

PICC extends special thanks to Kent Station, Duke’s Chowder House, and Road Runner Sports for hosting the Walk for the Babies, and to our truly Grand Sponsors, Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance, M&M Construction, and Moneytree.
