First Responders interact with the consequences of substance abuse daily, multiple times daily.  If it isn't someone afflicted by substance abuse directly, we all truly are impacted by the affects of narcotics in our community.  Join us in person or support through awareness and donations to help those truly innocent from narcotics- these precious babies!  They deserve a chance, and with help, support and love from PICC, they will get one!
